Excellent Bike!

Well, I'm back for an update to my previous review. It has been nine months and with 13,500 miles this bike has performed great. I have maintained it regularly and had no problems. I've heard others mentioning this bike may not be for long hauls. As for me, this bike beats all! I can cruise at any speed with no wind on me or my passenger. The radio, CD, and mp3 player can be heard quite well at any speed. My Interphones also work great! I can talk on my cell phone, to fellow riders, or my passenger without taking my hands off the grips. The bike has a lot of acceleration, the handling is great, and the ride is very smooth.

Upgrades/Accessories:  The following came or was ordered when I purchased the bike: Chrome exhaust, ESA, heated seats, heated grips, TPM, cruise control, on board computer, radio, CD, MP3, engine spoiler, ASC, and two accessory outlets. Additional accessories I added: 49 liter top case, anti theft alarm, engine guards, highway pegs, handlebar risers, set backs, two license plate helmet locks with same key, a GPS is mounted above the speedometer, tank bag, BMW Battery Charger, V-Stream Windshield, and two Gerbings heated clothing outlets linked directly to the battery. The only things I have added since I purchased this bike are new tires Installed by (mileage 5,036). Metzeler Roadtec front 120/70 ZR 17 (Z Rated at 168mph) and Metzeler Roadtec rear 180/55 ZR 17 (Z Rated at 168mph).
